Ingridients
-2/ 5oz pounded chicken breast
-4oz of seasoned buttermilk (1 sprig rosemary, 4 springs thyme, 2 bay leaves, 1oz each onion & garlic powder, 2oz hot sauce)
-1cup of AP flour seasoned with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt)
-2oz of sliced pickled jalapeño
-4oz of honey
*Take punted chicken breast and let sit in buttermilk marinade for 2 hours. I recommend 4 hours or more for tender and juicier product. Then place chicken in season flour dredge and and to fryer oil set at 350 degrees for at least 6 to 8 minutes depending on the weight of the chicken breast. Once its golden brown and floating towards the top pull out fryer and let sit on a wire wrack to drain excess grease. Once that happens while hot in a bowl add your chicken the sliced pickled jalapeños and honey and toss til coated and ready to eat.
